I am skilled in designing job frameworks, looking beyond the lines and boxes to address pain points. We’ll design compensation & incentive structures and tie it to what makes sense. I consider remote workers, decision making, and the role of centralized vs. decentralized teams. Ultimately, your org design will drive innovation, collaboration, accountability and speed, but we’ll figure out which of these are most important to your success.
